Power Plant Study - this includes a full due-diligance analysis to determine if a facility is mechanically or substantially complete and ready to be placed into commercial operation.

Systems Analysis - involves reviewing documents, historical records, logs and inspections. Conducting interviews with staff on-hand, engineers and others which adds further value to our client.

Construction Management - requiring a vastly diverse skill-set we oversee project execution methods pertaining to the construction, engineering, commissioning and scheduling methods that are to be implemented. Our project managers constantly maintain communications between all parties in an effort to prevent or resolve construction related disputes.
